CEG: The Holbeck Portfolio


CEG acquired ‘The Holbeck Portfolio’, a collection of prime development sites in the heart of Leeds’ South Bank, one of the city’s key regeneration areas, in 2015.

It comprises 5.86 acres across four adjacent sites in the heart of Leeds South Bank investment area. The development will include a vibrant mix of high quality offices, high quality new homes, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as innovative public spaces. This is a key city centre destination and the proposals seek to combine some of the area’s extensive riverside, rail and textile history with iconic new buildings befitting of a new city quarter.
